Foam Adhesive Tapes
Foam adhesive tapes are thicker, airier and more flexible than normal adhesive tapes. They have very good adhesion to almost all materials. The foam tapes stick especially well to polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), which are considered difficult-to-bond plastics.
The self-adhesive foam tapes are particularly suitable for masking sharp-edged construction parts of the greenhouse before the film is put in place. Adhesive tapes made from PE foam are also used in foil tunnel construction. The foam adhesive tape prevents or reduces possible damage to the greenhouse film caused by thermal or mechanical influences. The foam adhesive tapes for greenhouses are very adaptable, which is why they stick strongly to rough and textured surfaces.
