What Is Mini Stretch Wrap?
Mini stretch wrap is a narrow type of stretch film made from polyethylene (PE). Our conventional bundling rolls are 100 mm wide and made from low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The film stretches around the products and clings to itself, helping to keep the bundle together.
Unlike shrink film, bundling stretch wrap is applied by stretching it around the items. No heat is required. Its compact roll format makes it convenient for manual wrapping with a compatible dispenser.
Uses and Benefits of Bundling Stretch Film
Use bundling stretch film to group products for handling, storage, or shipping. The narrow film allows you to wrap selected areas of a bundle instead of covering the entire product.
- Long items: bundle profiles, rods, pipes, or similar products.
- Stacks: hold several items together for easier handling.
- Small products: group individual items into a manageable bundle.
- No adhesive residue: the film holds through stretch tension and cling rather than glue.
- Convenient application: compact rolls and a matching dispenser make manual bundling easier.
Compared with packaging tape, mini stretch film can be removed without leaving glue residue on the wrapped goods. Choose the film thickness and number of wraps to suit the weight, shape, and edges of your products.
Choosing the Right Mini Stretch Wrap Thickness
Our conventional 100 mm bundling film is available in 20 µm, 23 µm, and 35 µm. The following table provides an initial selection guide. The right choice also depends on the product shape and how the film is applied.

For sharp edges, assess whether additional edge protection is needed. A thicker film alone does not guarantee resistance to tearing. If you need a different thickness, request a quote for your requirements.
Film Widths and Custom Sizes
100 mm mini stretch wrap is a practical choice for targeted bundling and wrapping. Used with a suitable mini stretch film dispenser, this narrow format helps you hold products together without wrapping their full length.
Other widths, such as 50 mm, 125 mm, or 200 mm, can be requested for custom production. Very narrow film requires careful handling because stretching reduces its width and may increase the risk of tearing. Tell us about your products and application so we can discuss a suitable format.
Roll Lengths and Approximate Weights
Our conventional mini stretch film rolls typically have a roll length of 150 m. Their compact size makes them convenient for handheld application. Custom roll lengths are available on request.

Clear, Black, and Colored Mini Stretch Wrap
Transparent mini stretch wrap keeps the wrapped products visible. Black and colored versions provide a different appearance and can help distinguish bundles. Our color selection includes yellow, blue, orange, green, red, and white, depending on the product.
Colored bundling film can conceal the contents when applied in multiple layers. The level of opacity depends on the film and the number of wraps. If you need a specific color, contact us about custom colors.
Core Types and Matching Mini Stretch Film Dispensers
Check the core type before choosing a mini stretch film dispenser. Our bundling rolls are available with different core configurations:
- Flush core: the core ends align with the edges of the film.
- Extended core: the core projects beyond the film and can help you control the wrapping tension with a compatible dispenser.
The dispenser must match the roll's width, core diameter, and core design. Models for flush-core rolls and extended-core rolls are not automatically interchangeable. Follow the compatibility information in the product descriptions, or ask us for help selecting a matching combination.
Mini Stretch Film With Recycled Content
Our range also includes 100 mm wide, 23 µm mini stretch film with 80% recycled content. This option has a roll length of 150 m. Check the product listing for the current minimum order quantity and packaging details.
Order Quantities and Packaging
You can order mini stretch wrap in smaller quantities or larger volumes for regular packaging work. Carton quantities depend on the selected product: conventional 20 µm and 23 µm rolls are generally packed in boxes of 40, while the listed 35 µm version is packed in boxes of 30.

Custom-Printed Mini Stretch Wrap
Custom-printed mini stretch wrap is available from a minimum order quantity of 600 rolls. We offer single-sided printing in one, two, or up to three colors.
