What is decorative film?
Our decorative film is a stable, waterproof, washable, non-adhesive, coloured polyethylene film. The decorative film is offered and supplied in rolls or cut to size (by the metre). This film is not a self-adhesive film, decor film or furniture film.
What is decorative film used for?
Our decorative films are used and applied in many areas. The decorative film is used for decoration, choreographies, covering walls, floors, windows, doors and ceilings. It is suitable as a privacy shield, for stages, theatres, company parties, private parties, for choreographies in stadiums, as well as for sports halls and fan blocks as so-called block film.
It can be used as a tablecloth for beer tables and beer tent sets. However, it is also suitable as a "flutter film" to scare away birds, to darken rooms and to mark products, areas and zones in different colours. There are numerous other areas of application if you want things to look pretty and colourful.
Properties of polyethylene decorative film
Our coloured films are made from the environmentally friendly plastic polyethylene (PE, more precisely LDPE). It is universal and usually reusable, water-repellent and waterproof, it can be labelled and is easily washable. The decorative film is UV-resistant to a limited extent, but will certainly last for several weeks and up to 3 months outdoors. It is a film that is not self-adhesive (not an adhesive film / furniture film).

What colours are possible for decorative film?
We can produce almost any colour starting from approx. 200 kg. With coloured films, we also differentiate between opaque, i.e. completely non-transparent, and transparent, i.e. see-through, coloured transparent or translucent.
What dimensions are possible?
There are hardly any limits here either. You can freely determine the width and length of the decorative film. From 50 mm to 12 m film width, many options are possible. However, certain minimum quantities apply for customised products. Contact us now.
What thicknesses are possible?
The film thickness is also freely selectable and can be realised in my-steps. From 25 to 250 my, everything is possible when it comes to decorative film.
What core diameter are the decorative films available in?
The core diameter of decorative film is 76 mm.
