Production of customised products in Germany
The advantages of our production in Germany are the very fast delivery time and the possibility to produce very small quantities. This is often used as a "stopgap" to quickly deliver a certain quantity in order to bridge the very long delivery time from the Far East. A small disadvantage of manufacturing in Germany is the slightly higher price. However, if we know the exact planning of quantities and requirements as your supplier, we can offer you a perfect mix of all our options.
Production of customised products in Eastern Europe
We maintain several co-operations for fabric bags in Eastern Europe. Our close relationship with our co-operation partners enables us to offer a reasonable delivery time and a very favourable price. Both the delivery time and the price of the fabric bags from Eastern Europe are pretty much in the middle between domestic production and production in the Far East. We always decide which option is the right one in each case based on the customer's wishes. We can offer you an absolutely unrivalled price, outstanding quality and a wide range of options. The only small drawback is the slightly longer delivery time. As mentioned above, it is therefore worth planning ahead, as the prices in the Far East are very favourable.

Colour shades for fabric bags
Our standard colour for stock fabric bags is white/plain. However, we are happy to offer you around 2000 different colours if you wish. Any colour from the Pantone Matching System (PMS) is possible for orders of 1 tonne or more. But even for smaller quantities, we can supply you with coloured and multicoloured fabric bags. Significantly smaller quantities are possible in the standard colours such as black, yellow, red, orange, blue, green, pink, violet, beige and many more. Depending on the weight of the fabric, it can be slightly transparent or see-through, or completely opaque or non-transparent.
What versions are available?
We stock fabric bags as flat bags without a closure in many different sizes in our warehouse. Almost all desired designs can be realised.

Quality and material thickness
If you want outstanding quality, you should opt for nonwoven fabric bags with a thickness of 40 grams per square metre. The fabric bags in our stock range are also produced in this thickness. However, different applications often require different material thicknesses. We also master this task for our customers without any problems. If you have a very lightweight product and the bag does not need to have a very high load-bearing capacity, a nonwoven fabric bag can also be produced with a significantly lower grammage. Grammages of 17 grams, 20 grams and 30 grams are feasible. Even higher and thicker qualities of 50 grams, 100 grams and more are no problem either. For large order quantities, the customer can freely choose the thickness, as the nonwoven fabric is then produced separately.

Get fabric bags printed
Neutral, unprinted fabric bags are, as you know by now, available in every shape and design. But we also specialise in printing fabric bags. Our nonwoven fabric is easy to print on. This makes our printed fabric bags and fabric carrier bags an extremely practical advertising tool or promotional item. We can realise any wishes such as company logo, brand name, advertising slogan, advertising print or labelling.
Our print shop prints fabric bags on one or both sides. Single-colour and multi-colour prints are also no problem. You can easily determine the colour of your individual print according to Pantone or RAL colours. By the way, a child warning print (warning text: danger of suffocation) is not necessary for nonwoven fabric bags, as our nonwoven fabric is breathable.

Packaging of the nonwoven bags
Unless otherwise agreed, our fabric bags are packed in sturdy, handy boxes. The quantity per box can be determined and agreed for customised products. For cost reasons, the goods can also be packed in PE bags. Our stock items are packed in cardboard boxes due to their storage capacity and better appearance.
