Delivery of Your Order at dm-folien.com

At dm-folien.com, your order is carefully packed and the products are well protected to prevent damage. We ship orders via DHL or, for larger items, via freight. The available shipping method will be displayed in the shop.

Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock or not immediately available, and the delivery time is extended, this will be indicated on the respective product page, and you will be informed promptly.

Tracking

Depending on the size of your order, shipping is done via DHL. Once your order has been packed, prepared for shipment, and handed over to DHL, you will receive an email with the tracking number. This allows you to conveniently track your dm-folien shipment from home: you can see the expected delivery day and time window, and even redirect the package if necessary.

Delivery Times within Germany:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within Germany takes 1-3 business days. Please check the respective product page for exceptions. 

Freight Shipping: Delivery within Germany takes 1-5 business days. Please check the respective product page for exceptions. 

Express Shipping: Delivery within Germany takes 1-2 business days (depending on the postal code). Orders placed by 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the same business day, provided the items are in stock. 

Shipping Costs within Germany:

Standard Shipping: flat rate €6.95

Freight: flat rate €35

Bulky Items: €20 per package

Express Shipping: We offer shipping via (DHL) Express. The costs will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Shipping Costs within the EU:

The costs for shipping within the EU are displayed in the shopping cart. Delivery times differ from Germany and may vary from 1-3 days!

Shipping Costs outside the EU (Worldwide):

The costs for shipping outside the EU are displayed in the shopping cart.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and fees may apply.

Delivery to a Different Address

It is possible to have your order delivered to a different address. You can easily specify this when placing your order.

Transport Damage

Despite all precautions, damages may occur during shipping. Therefore, please check your goods immediately upon receipt. Please follow the procedure below in case of transport damage: If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, report the damage immediately to the carrier. Record the transport damage and the vehicle registration number on the carrier's shipping document and have the driver sign to confirm the damage (driver’s name in block letters).
