In your account, you can manage information we need to fulfill your order. You can update this information at any time after logging into our shop.

Your Personal Profile

Besides your name and salutation, this is mainly where you set your account type. You can choose between "Private" and "Business".

Private: As a private customer, all prices in the shop are shown including VAT and will also be charged including VAT when ordering.

Business: As a business operator, you must provide your company name. If ordering from another European country, it is important to also provide your VAT ID number here.

Addresses

You can manage multiple addresses in your account. This is particularly convenient if you place orders for different storage locations.

If you order goods that are shipped via freight, it is important to include a phone number with the address. Freight carriers need to coordinate the delivery in advance.

Here you can set a default payment method.
