Edge Insulation Strip, 300 x 8 mm / 50 m, Gray
These PE foam edge insulation strips are specifically designed for use in industrial and residential floor construction. They are suitable for all standard wet and dry screeds as well as concrete floors.
Installed along walls and fixed building elements, the strips absorb movement in the screed and prevent bonding with adjacent components. This allows the screed to expand and contract freely, reducing tensile stress and helping to prevent cracking.
In addition, the edge insulation strips provide thermal insulation, sound insulation and affective moisture barrier.
