It is ideally suited for lining and protecting silage bunker walls. The sidewall film not only protects the silo walls from aggressive silage acids, but also prevents air from penetrating the silage, helping to maintain feed quality and reduce losses. We offer black sidewall film in various widths and in lengths of 50 m and 100 m, suitable for different silo sizes and applications. Thanks to its composition from recycled material (regenerate), the film is cost-efficient and highly economical, without compromising on performance. Was ist eine Seitenwandfolie?
Seitenwandfolie schützt vor den im Silo entstehenden Säuren. Zudem verhindert die Folie, dass von den Seiten Luft eindringen kann. Dadurch eignet sich unsere Seitenwandfolie ideal zur Abdeckung Ihrer Silowände.
Seitenwandfolie besteht ausschließlich aus Recyclingmaterial (Regenerat), was die Folie nicht nur preiswert macht, sondern auch sehr umweltfreundlich. Da das Recyclingmaterial die Qualität der Seitenwandfolie nicht einschränkt, bleibt sie reißfest und widerstandsfähig.
Welche Vorteile bietet Seitenwandfolie?
Seitenwandfolie ist die deutlich günstigere Variante zum Silolack. Nicht nur, dass das Material günstiger ist, sondern auch der Aufwand viel geringer. Um Silolack anzubringen, benötigt man erstmal „Manpower“ und gutes Wetter, um das Silo zu streichen. Zusätzlich muss der Anstrich trocknen oder es muss zusätzlich mit einem Härter gearbeitet werden, bevor man mit der eigentlichen Silage anfangen kann.
Die Seitenrandfolie kann bei jedem Wetter angebracht und mit einfachen Handgriffen und unseren Seitenwandklammern befestigt werden. Direkt nach Anbringung der umweltfreundlichen Seitenwandfolie kann man beginnen zu silieren. Außerdem bietet Seitenrandfolie einen zusätzlichen Schutz vor eindringender Luft, was die Silage deutlich länger haltbar macht.
Welche Eigenschaften hat Seitenwandfolie?
Da Seitenwandfolie die gleiche Stärke wie Silofolie hat, weist sie eine hohe Widerstandskraft gegen witterungsbedingte und andere äußerliche Einflüsse auf. Außerdem bietet die UV-Stabilität von ca. 3 Monaten nochmal einen zusätzlichen Schutz gegen Sonneneinstrahlung. Da sie schwarz-opak eingefärbt ist, fällt der Unterschied zu einem Silolack kaum auf und lässt das Silo schlicht aussehen, ohne dass es in der Landschaft auffällt. Frage: Ist eine Seitenwandfolie im Fahrsilo wirklich nötig?
Antwort: Durch die Seitenrandfolie wird das Fahrsilo auch an den Seitenwänden vor Sauerstoffzufuhr geschützt. Speziell an den Seitenwänden der Fahrsilos ist die Verdichtung der Silage oftmals wesentlich geringer als in der Mitte des Silos. Daher sollte hier ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Dichtigkeit gelegt werden. Je größer die Siloanlage desto größer die Gefahr.
